Rudy Sanchez

Rudy Sanchez is a senior financial services executive with more than 25 years of experience across institutional sales and trading, structured products, capital formation, alternative investments, and emerging markets. Throughout his career, he has built a reputation as a highly entrepreneurial leader with deep expertise in equities, fixed income, commercial real estate offerings, and cross-border capital markets.

He has successfully raised and structured more than $500 million in capital through a variety of investment vehicles and securities structures, including Reg D and Reg A offerings, PIPEs, SPACs, secondary offerings, and private placements. His experience spans institutional trading, syndicate management, investment banking origination, and alternative investment distribution.

He earned an MBA from Binghamton University School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Management from Binghamton University School of Management. He holds FINRA Series 7, 24, and 63 licenses and is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese.
