Luke Rowley
Analyst and Advisor
Luke Rowley is an investment banking expert with over five years of experience advising clients on capital raises, mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, bankruptcies, and financial advisory engagements. As an Advisor with White Swan Advisors, Luke specializes in structuring and executing capital raises across industries such as manufacturing, chemicals, infrastructure, data centers, consumer, health care, and distribution. He is actively involved in every stage of the deal process—including initial client diligence, developing comprehensive marketing strategies and materials, curating targeted investor lists, managing investor diligence, and overseeing documentation, closing, and funding. His expertise spans the full transaction lifecycle, ensuring efficient execution and optimal outcomes for his clients.
Luke also serves as an integral part of Rowan Digital Infrastructure’s capital markets team, where he contributes to the financing of large-scale infrastructure and data center projects valued in the hundreds of millions to billions of dollars. In this capacity, he supports project financings, asset-backed securities (ABS) issuances, and the development of hedging strategies tied to complex construction and operating assets. His combined knowledge of the financing and commercial sides of infrastructure enables him to bridge the gap between capital markets and real-world project execution—bringing a sophisticated understanding of both the technical and financial dimensions of large-scale developments.
Earlier in his career, Luke held investment banking and commercial finance roles with Chiron Financial and Texas Capital Bank, where he focused on small to mid-sized transactions ranging from $10 million to several hundred million dollars.
He also founded Lifted Falls Capital, a family office investment firm focused on lower-middle market opportunities, where he led acquisitions and portfolio operations.
Luke earned a Master of Science in Finance and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from The University of Texas at Austin and holds FINRA Series 63, 79, 82, and SIE certifications.
